Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy from The Deluxe Co, including products sold under the Little Catio brand on this website. Please read them before you order. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

1. Who we are

This website is run by The Deluxe Co. Our contact details are on our contact page and in our contact information policy.

2. Your order

When you place an order, we email you to confirm we've received it. The contract between us starts when we confirm your order is accepted or dispatched. If we can't accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock or there's a pricing error, we'll tell you and won't charge you, or we'll refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include any VAT that applies. Delivery is free on UK orders. Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Delivery

Delivery is free on every UK order. Our shipping policy explains how delivery works. Your order is our responsibility until it's delivered to you.

5. Cancelling, refunds and faulty items

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Our refund policy explains how this works and what happens if an item is faulty.

6. Warranty

Little Catio comes with a 3-month warranty covering the frame and zip, as set out in our refund policy. It's in addition to your legal rights.

7. Using Little Catio safely

Set Little Catio up on flat ground, somewhere safe and away from roads, in the shade with fresh water. Check on your cat regularly, especially in warm weather, and bring them in if they seem unsettled. Like any mesh, it can be scratched or damaged, so check the mesh and zip before each use. Don't use it to carry or transport a cat.

8. Our responsibility to you

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
