Free tracked UK delivery

Delivery is free on every UK order, with tracking.

Dispatch and tracking

We email you a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracked UK delivery usually takes 1–2 business days from dispatch. Unless we agree otherwise with you, we will always deliver your order within 30 days.

Lost or damaged parcels

Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you. If it hasn't arrived, the tracking shows a problem, or it arrives damaged, contact us with your order number (and a photo for damage) and we'll put it right with a replacement or a refund.

Optional shipping protection

You can add shipping protection in your cart for £2.97. It's never added automatically. With it, if your parcel goes missing, arrives damaged or is stolen from your doorstep after delivery, we send a replacement straight away, without waiting for a courier investigation. Your legal rights for parcels lost or damaged before they reach you apply with or without it.
