How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on every UK order. Tracked UK delivery usually takes 1–2 business days once your order is dispatched.

What does the warranty cover?

Every Pod comes with a 3-month warranty. If the frame or zip fails in that time, send us a photo and we'll post a free replacement part.

Where's my order?

Your order confirmation email has your order number. Add it to the form and we'll look into it for you.

Will my cat actually go in?

Every cat is different, so go at their pace. Our 7-day guide takes it step by step, starting indoors with the door open.
